What is the subscription for?

Your climote HUB is enabled for remote access using climote's cloud service. The service covers: remote access from your Smartphone, mobile phone or PC (subject to our Fair Usage policy), free software updates to your climote HUB, climote ONLINE and climote APP, customer helpdesk and technical support via email. Your first year's subscription is free, but after that there is a small charge for the provision of this remote service of €2.50 per month (incl. VAT). This is payable annually in advance and you will be notified each year before it falls due.
