climote Remote Thermostats are battery operated (2xAA) thermostats that connect to the climote HUB via a radio link (an RF link- no WIFI or hard wiring required). These thermostats allow you to control the temperature of your home remotely via the climote App or Amazon Alexa (Wifi needed).

Remote thermostats are only compatible with the climote HUB.

climote remote thermostats are only compatible with software version 452 and higher.

Climote Device Number is a unique number that is associated with the SIM card in your climote HUB. (It is not your own mobile telephone number.)

Your device number is visible on the SIM card holder in your climote welcome pack.

What is the climote serial no.?

Climote Serial Number is a unique number that is associated with the climote HUB and begins with 'S0'.

Your climote serial number is visible on the 'about' screen of the climote hub (press menu/back, then settings), or under the base of the hub.
